How To Upgrade To The New Undelete 5 Compatible With Windows Vista.
 

If you are a current Undelete 5 customer (you have purchased one or more licenses of Undelete version 5), you are entitled to a free upgrade to Undelete 5 with Vista support.

Please look in your email inbox for an email from our Upgrade Team with instructions for downloading this free update (this email will be sent to the email address used for the original purchase of the software).

If you can not locate this instructional email, please visit http://my.diskeeper.com/account . From this page you will need to use your email address that you provided during your original purchase as your login ID. Once in the My Diskeeper Account support site, you can download the free update to your Undelete 5 software. If you own more than one version (such as Server and Professional), you will be able to download updates for both.

If you have any further issues, please contact Customer Service through our online support site and they will assist you in downloading the update to Undelete 5.
